Hydraulic oils may bestraight mineral or special additive oils. Properties of these, enhanced byadditives, include oxidation, stability, film strength, rust prevention, foamresistance and anti-wear characteristics to enable the fluid to stand up to thehigher operating temperatures and pressures of modern systems.
