He designed the company's original logo, wrote the manual for the Apple Icomputer, and drafted the company's partnership agreement. That agreement gave him a10 percent ownership stake in Apple.However, Wayne was afraid that Jobs' wild spending and Wozniak's frequent “fancy”would cause Apple Computer to fail. Thus, he decided to give up his role after 12 days.Terrified to be the only one of the three founders with assets that creditors could seize, hesold back his shares of Apple Computer Inc. for $800, which is equivalent to $22 billiontoday.
